l) Regulation of all matters pertaining to directors of NMDFC.
1. Coordinating for tour of Chairman by corresponding with the concerned.
2. Facilities/remuneration in respect of Chairman.
3. TA/DA of outstation Directors for attending Board meeting and     Committee meetings.

4. Follow up with DPE and Administrative Ministry on matters of     Directors/Chairman.

5. Replies to Ministries on all issues relating to Board of Directors.
m) Work relating to all type of audit particularly internal audit and its follow up.
1. Appointment of Internal Auditor.
2. Coordination for conducting the audit and follow up of the reports.
3. Detailed information as and when required by CAG office
4. Filing of relevant forms and returns with Registrar of Companies, Delhi, in     time (Form - 2 and Schedule-V).
5. Coordinating for compliance of Company Law on accounts and audit.

Maintaining recovery status of NGOs. Preparing NGO-wise detail recovery position and its analysis, adjustment of repayments.

10.

Keeping record of micro credit disbursements to NGO, post dated cheques, their quarterly dues, raising demand notices to NGOs, follow-up for repayments through reminders/ telephone calls/recovery related monitoring/other available means.

11.

Pursuing actions against the defaulting NGOs, approval for issue of legal notices to defaulter NGOs.

12.

Allocation of 1% additional interest margin to the SCAs. Processing proposals and claims of SCAs under the scheme of 1% additional interest margin.

13.

Rescheduling of loans and dues of SCAs/NGOs.

14.

Preparation of Budget (Revenue & Capital).

15.

Appraisal of proposals received from NGOs, sanction of loans, disbursements, monitoring the progress on regular basis.

16.

Preparation of agenda items for 1% Additional Interest Margin, Budget and assigned policy matters

17.

Monthly progress report pertaining to repayment of NGOs

18.

Issue of letters to SCAs for balance confirmation. Necessary reconciliation of accounts.

Investment of Surplus Funds and maintenance of related records.

(ix)

Drafting MOU for the financial year and co-ordinating negotiation meetings with DPE for its finalisation & execution.

(x)

Monitoring of MOU implementation and submission of quarterly repots to the Ministry. Preparation of annual performance rating report and submission of the same to DPE.

(xi)

Co-ordinating Strategic Planning for NMDFC.

(xii)

Furnishing information as required by Ministry, DPE, CAG and other Government bodies.

(xiii)
