1 UNDER SCA PROGRAMME
Repayments under the SCA programme are of the order of 85% to 90% where-as the grass root recoveries of the SCA are of the order of 50%. However, there are SCAs who have grass-root level recovereis in excess of 75%such as Punjab State Backward Classes land Development and Finance Corpnt(BACKFINCO),Harayana Backward Classes and Ecomocially Weaker Section Kalyan Nigam Lim (HBCKM), Himachal Pradesh MinioritiesFinance and Development Corporation (HPMFDC), Kerala State Backward Classes Development Corporation (KSBCDC),Kerala State Women Development Corporation(KSWDC), Kerala State Cooperative Federation for Fishieries DEvelopment (KSCFFDC).Nagaland Industrial Development Corporation (NIDC), Mizoram Industrial Development Corporation (ZIDCO). Tamil Nadu Miniorties Economic Development Corporation (TAMCO).

2 UNDER NGO PROGRAMME
Under NGO programme, repayments are the orders of 80%. Legal action is taken against the defaulting NGOs.
